Pinterest Recipe Win: Skinny Girl Buffalo Dip

I tried a new recipe off my food+drink board on Pinterest last night and I gotta say. Man!!! It was sensational! This recipe has NO butter, and uses Greek Yogurt. Let me introduce you my friends to: Skinny Girl Buffalo Dip.

So easy. So delic. AND low cal. Winning!

You’ll Need
  • 6oz Low-Fat Whipped Cream Cheese
  • 6oz Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 6oz shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup + 2 Tablespoons Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce, divided
  • 3/4 cup Mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Ranch Dip Mix
Instructions
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, chicken, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and ranch dip mix. Spread mixture in an 8×8 glass dish and top with remaining Mozzarella cheese and buffalo sauce. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Below is the result. Enjoy!

what did you dip in it? I love buffalo chicken and have been wanting to try this but there seems too many calories! I love that there is a "skinny" version! Thanks for sharing this:)

So do we know how many calories this is? just curious, I'm watching my calorie intake and if I can have this once in a while and not feel guilty about it, I would love that!!

Unfortunately I do not…I wish I did! But I can guarantee it is less than the normal dip you make with the fatty ingredients!
