New Interior Paint Refresh

Today I am excited to share with you all that we have completed a full interior repaint of our home with SW Seasalt paint color. So long boring beige and hello new home! I love the color of this paint. It is one of those colors that looks different depending on the lighting. In some lights is looks blue, some lights more of a gray blue, and other lights it looks slightly green.

I first discovered this color while watching an episode of Fixer Upper on HGTV. After seeing again in a nearby home during a Christmas home tour (which by the way you should follow her instagram because her home is GORGEOUS, her instagram is FarmHouseForFour) I made up my mind. We were going to re-paint on our home Seasalt. I actually prefer Lowe’s paint to Sherwin Williams paint (and it is less expensive) so we took a paint swatch to Lowe’s and they matched perfect.

We ended up painting all our “common areas”: i.e. living room, kitchen, dining, hallways, guest bath, entry, etc. The paint job is complete and I could not be more happy!  It’s amazing what a huge difference a new paint color can have on a home.
