Spinach, Sun-dried Tomato Pasta

I was privileged to have the opportunity to receive greens from Organic Girl. I decided to use my greens to create a spinach, sun-dried tomato pasta and boy was it delicious!

To create this scrumptious pasta all you need is the following ingredients:

  • box of Organic Girl greens
  • sun dried tomatoes
  • whole wheat pasta
  • teaspoon of olive oil or coconut oil (I am a big fan of coconut oil…no lower fat!)
I boiled the pasta and then threw all the ingredients in a pan and sauteed for about 8 minutes. This is what your end results looks like. EASY AND DELICIOUS!
