It’s the time of the year where we are all motivated to live a healthier lifestyle. Eat better. Workout more. Drink more water. The list goes on and on. Totally honestly here…I’m a mom of a baby and yes, while I do want to live a healthier lifestyle a part of me thinks, ain’t nobody got time for that. đŸ˜‰
