February 2, 2015

Hello February

Oh hey Monday, we meet again! I hope everyone had a lovely start to their February. We had a very relaxing weekend. Something that was much needed for our household as we have all had colds the past few weeks. Seriously guys: the hubby, baby, and myself all took a 2.5 hour nap Saturday afternoon. GLORIOUS.

Sunday afternoon was spent playing on the floor with the little one. As two working parents we try to soak up every moment we can making memories with the little guy on weekends. I have to share the video we took of him yesterday afternoon. This kid loves music.

Speaking of weekends. We stayed home to watch the Super Bowl last night so the baby could get to bed on time. It’s amazing how much our life has changed in one year, huh? Personally I loved Katy Perry’s half time show but I know it go mixed reviews from my co-workers. What were your thoughts?

My hubby started a new job today…HUGE praise as it is very close to home (he has been commuting through prime traffic 1.5 hours each day) so the fact that he will spend less than 45 minutes total time in the car is something we are thrilled for and praising God over.

Hope everyone has a great start to their week!
