Christmas Fun Family Tradition

You guys know how passionate I am about saving time and money when I can to focus my time and money on the things that really matter, spending time with my family and friends!

This Christmas season is truly magically in our home with a 17 (almost 18) month old. He is so excited about everything Christmas related. We have been having so much fun getting our home decorated for Christmas, watching Christmas movies, looking at Christmas lights, and all the other fun activities that come along with Christmas. The thing I always tend to struggle with is getting dinner on the table…especially on a weeknight. By the time we get home from work it is already late and if we want to through in a fun Christmas activity in the evening we are left with no time to cook.  Well I found an easy, fun meal solution that you can pick up from Sam’s Club for under $15 to allow you to have more time to do a fun Christmas activity with your family.

One of our family Christmas traditions is having a family Christmas party and decorating the Christmas tree. We had a fun family Christmas night (that a occurred on a weeknight) decorating our tree together as a family and watching “The Grinch” this past week. Thanks to Sam’s Club I swung by and picked up the Coca Cola Family Pizza Combo on the way home from work (complete with a hot 16 inch pizza, cheesy bread sticks, cookies, and a 2 liter of Coke) for just $13.98! I then came home threw out some paper plates and napkins, turned on some Christmas music, and we began our own little family Christmas party with a Christmas themed meal.

After dinner it was time to decorate the tree. Little “e” was way into it with some help from Dad.

Lastly we cuddled up on the couch to watch “The Grinch” before calling it an evening.

To recap here is your 3 step tutorial to holiday fun:
1. Swing by Sam’s Club and pick up your Coca Cola Family Pizza Combo
2. Come home and set out some fun Christmas paper plates, cups, and napkins.
3. Turn on the Christmas music and enjoy!

Ya’ll seriously. Get out there and have some fun with your family! Dinner does not have to be hard thanks to the Coca Cola Family Pizza Combo at Sam’s but can actually be very festive and easy!  This combo meal is perfect for busy weeknight evenings. I guarantee we will be purchasing it again before the season is over!

What fun weeknight holiday activity does your family have planned?
