The House Built in 1840

So my crazy husband and I were out yard sale hunting this past weekend (in the snow). I know, I know. We are crazy! But boy am I glad we did because we just happened to find this house that was having an estate sale.
Pretty sure I freaked out. You could tell it was super old by the looks of it and I had always wanted to see the inside. Turns out the house was built in 1840 and still had the original slave quarters in the back, hand blown glass in the windows, and many of the original paintings from 1840. Talk about a find.
We didn’t find anything to buy other than some notecards simply because I felt bad that we were spending so much time looking around and thus was determined to find something to buy. (Most all of the items were over $1,000!) But the house itself was neat.
I would bet money on saying the house is haunted. It was just plain creepy.
I tried to snap as many pictures as I could quickly but the owners were a little weary of my phone so after getting caught twice I snapped one more photo, bought my notecards, told them they had an aewsome house, and left. So without further ado here are the pictures I was able to snap…I apologize in advance for the quality.

And last but not least the scariest photo of all…
I mean you can’t make this kind of stuff up! This was for real y’all!
Yes that is a doll with a broken face just laying on the floor.
