Mia Mariu Makeup Review and Giveaway

Mia Mariu Makeup Review
Mia Mariu sent me the above makeup samples to review on my blog. The package they sent included:
  • Hydrating Anti-Aging Moisturizer with SPF 30+
  • Restauracel-C Thermal Microdermabrasion Set
  • Hydrating Stick Gloss in Tango
  • Loose Mineral Shadow Liner in Rosa and Mora
I tried out the Hydrating Stick Gloss in Tango first. The full size product is $15. Although I was not very impressed with the color, (it was much to bright according to both my husband and myself), I loved the texture of the lipstick. It was very smooth on my lips and stayed put for an hour which is a success for me with lipstick.
The Loose Mineral Shadow Liners (at $14 a piece) were a lot of fun to play with…but I’m not so sure I would wear Mora out in public as it was quite dark. The Rosa on the other head was awesome and I actually wore it to work today. They are very powdery and easy to make a mess when you put them on but they look wonderful once they are on your eyelids.
The Hydrating Anti-Aging Moisturizer with SPF 30+ offers a wonderful way to hydrate your face and to protect it from the sun. The full size product for it is $44 (which seems expense to me for a moisturizer) but it was very soft on my face and feels very light.
The final product I tried was the Restauracel-C Thermal Microdermabrasion Set at $55 for the set. I love this product! It came with both a serum and a scrub that you mix together and rub on your face. The combo leaves your skin feeling so soft and is supposed to treat sun spots which is an added plus for a freckle face like me!
All in all I was impressed with the Mia Marui products but not so much to the point that I would be willing to pay the prices for their products with the expection of the Microdermabrasion Set.
Great news! You have the chance to try Mia Mariu’s products for yourself! They are giving away to my readers one Hydrating Stick Gloss and two Loose Mineral Shadow Liners.  The winner can have the color of their choice on each product.  A Retail Value of $43.  What a sweet deal! US Residents only, please.  Enter below via Rafflecopter to win! Good luck!

I would like to try the PERFECTING FINISH Mineral Loose Powder Foundation. I currently wear Bare Minerals, and this is a bit less expensive.
