As I have mentioned in previous posts I have had a LOT of baby showers lately. While recently searching Etsy for the perfect baby gift for an upcoming shower I ran across this baby blanket. 


It was love at first sight! I quickly emailed Amber, the store owner, and told her how much I loved her blankets and that I had an idea for a post to feature her blankets as a gift idea for a baby shower or a Christmas gift for your sweet little someone. She graciously agreed and sent me the blanket to review. Here are some pictures of what it looked like when I received it:

Guys trust me when I tell you this is the softest blanket I have ever felt! But really…so much so that I had left it on the kitchen counter after I opened it and the hubby came home from work and I caught him standing in the kitchen rubbing it…when I asked him what he was doing he wanted to know if the blanket was for him…”Uh, no…it’s for my friend’s baby shower.” He was very disappointed and asked where I got it and if he could get one in his size for Christmas. Ha, and he was serious! These blankets are SO sweet and really make the nicest heartfelt gift. Amber offers them in many colors and even has a customized option. On that note Amber did want me to mention that a lot of her orders are custom made so she has a deadline of November 20th for custom orders to ensure they get to your house before Christmas. That guarantees it gives her time to order fabric and get everything made and sent out.
