Next time you are in the Destin area I highly recommend checking out Southern Star Dolphin Cruise. We had an absolute blast on this dolphin cruise. It’s family friendly and you are guaranteed to see dolphins OR you get a free ticket to come back again that doesn’t expire. We saw lots of dolphins and tons of sharks! The boat is so fun (it is two stories and has a glass bottom which is really neat as well). They also sell food and drink on board.
The crew was so kind and knowledge and lots of fun and they even had a treasure chest for kids to let them pick out a prize. Another highlight of the trip was getting to feed the seagulls chips off the back of the boat. The seagulls got so close you could touch them! The trip was tons of fun and I highly recommend next time you are in the Destin area!
It sets sail from the Destin Harbor which is a really fun spot to grab dinner and listen to some live music! They even do movie nights and other fun events throughout the year and even have firework nights. I recommend taking an early afternoon cruise so you can get back in time for dinner and fun afterwards!
