Amazing, easy, inexpensive dinner!

Looking for an easy, delicious, inexpensive dinner?
Look no further! The hubby and I made this dish together last week. It was quick, easy, and sooo scrumptious! The best part? It makes a lot of food so we have a ton of leftovers! YUM!
what you will need:
2 tsp. olive oil
2 14 oz. cans of diced Italian tomatoes
1 tsp. dried oregano
salt
pepper
1 lb. of pasta tubes
8 oz. of mozzarella cheese (you will need to cut it in cubes)
2/3 cup of fresh Parmesan
what to do:
Heat tomatoes, oregano, and oil in pan and simmer rapidly (stirring occasionally until you develop a thick sauce approx. 15-20 mins). Note, you may need to break up tomatoes for the sauce to get thick. Place half the pasta in a 9 X 13 dish. Cover with half the mozzarella and half the parmesan. Top with the remaining pasta and then the remaining cheeses. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins. Serve with a side salad and TADA!
